This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from Field Consultants regarding inspection forms, valuations, sketches, photos, guidelines, and any corrections or clarifications identified by the quality assurance team.

• Act as the main contact for support with delayed inspection reports stemming from unresolved errors, corrections, or clarifications to ensure prompt and precise resolution.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance & Compliance Team and Field Consultants to address concerns related to inspection reports as communicated by the insurance carrier after report completion and delivery.

• Facilitate connections between our Mentors (Field Consultant Trainers) and underperforming Field Consultants, as identified by Signature’s Leadership Team based on performance metrics, while monitoring their progress and outcomes.

• Create job aids and educational materials for the Field Consultant team as instructed by leadership.

• Work closely with the Quality Assurance & Compliance Team and Operations Team to ensure a clear understanding of processes, requirements, and inspection handling.

• Participate in field team meetings, Quality Assurance & Compliance team meetings, customer meetings, and any other meetings as determined necessary by leadership.

• Document company platforms to ensure transparency among all team members and maintain accurate records.

• Uphold a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to service.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the insurance inspection industry is essential.

• Familiarity with Loss Control 360.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong customer and contractor relationship management skills.

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow guidance from management and supervisors.

• Competence in reading and interpreting documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; a college degree is preferred.
