This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Manage daily personal lines servicing with assurance and attention using EPIC.

• Provide service and support to brokerages when additional capacity is required.

• Work remotely or on-site based on the support needs.

• Maintain consistency, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every task.

• Establish trust swiftly with both clients and team members.

• 3–5+ years of experience as a personal lines broker.

• An active RIBO license in good standing.

• Proficient, hands-on experience with Epic.

• Ability to adapt quickly in new environments.

• A friendly, client-centric attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Confidence to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
