This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming calls concerning the First Notice of Loss (FNOL).
• Engage with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams.
• Input FNOL report information and claim documentation into the system.
• Digitally file documents and assist with services such as mitigation letters and towing/salvage coordination.
• Aid the team by processing invoices and coordinating with vendors.
• Ensure accurate client and policy records by entering current information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and propose effective processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within an insurance or professional services environment.
• Located in Mexico (strongly preferred, due to time zone alignment and team requirements).
• Willingness to work during US time zones.
• Ability to begin employment within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
• Proficient in using time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
• Backup equipment available in case of power or internet disruptions.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
