This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Perform learning-needs assessments to identify skill deficiencies and performance objectives.
• Establish clear and measurable learning goals, while suggesting evidence-based delivery formats (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, etc.).
• Utilize the ADDIE model to organize all design phases and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to transform existing materials (such as PowerPoints, job aids, process documentation, and videos) into interactive e-learning modules using Articulate and other software under tight deadlines.
• Develop training modules, templates, and assessments that adhere to Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards.
• Employ AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency in scripting, storyboarding, visual design, and content development across various projects.
• Create both formative and summative assessments to facilitate learning and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Implement the Kirkpatrick model as part of an ongoing improvement framework.
• Incorporate AI and automation to optimize content creation, review, and deployment processes.
• Advise on contemporary learning methodologies and technologies to boost learner engagement.
• Utilize UKGPro LMS to guarantee a smooth learner experience and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training materials that are precise, engaging, and focused on results.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects with quick turnaround times while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Offer insights on learning strategies, technology applications, and design best practices throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and the development of digital learning solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing training developed using Articulate and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s Taxonomy frameworks.
• Extensive experience with AI-assisted tools to drive efficiency and innovation in instructional design.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
