Inside Sales Solutions Engineer – Public Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Public Safety agencies through the delivery of remote demonstrations of UAS solutions.

• Partner with Account Executives to carry out technical discovery.

• Assist clients in planning DFR Dock deployments and ensuring site readiness.

• Lead and support customer DFR Dock trials and field evaluations.

• Act as a reliable technical resource for customers.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to drive product enhancements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in Public Safety technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an FAA Part 107 Certificate.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Capability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance.

• Strong knowledge of drone technology.

• Understanding of Drone as First Responder (DFR) concepts.

• Experience with DFR Dock deployments and remote sUAS operations.
