This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the receipt, analysis, and completion of security questionnaires and assessments from both current and potential clients.
• Collect information from internal teams to aid in preparing responses concerning security controls, processes, and practices.
• Arrange documents and evidence for client responses, ensuring a current and dependable information repository.
• Monitor security-related requests linked to pre-sales activities and contract renewals, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools and AI agents for research, information organization, drafting initial responses, and automating operational tasks, always under human supervision.
• Promote the standardization and ongoing enhancement of responses by identifying common inquiries and opportunities for knowledge reuse.
• Work collaboratively with Information Security, Technology, Sales, Legal, Privacy, and other teams involved in client assessments.
• Assist in the preparation, updating, and review of information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Help gather evidence and organize documents for both internal and external audits.
• Contribute to initiatives related to awareness, security metrics, asset inventories, and information classification.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
• A keen interest in information security, artificial intelligence, AI agents, and automation of activities.
• Excellent written communication, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to research information, collaborate with various teams, and translate technical content into clear, objective responses.
• Basic familiarity with productivity tools, spreadsheets, and document organization.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
• Introductory coursework or knowledge in information security, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), ISO 27001, risk management, auditing, or artificial intelligence will be regarded as a plus.
