Information Security Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring adherence to information security policies and regulations.

• Facilitate the governance implementation with business and technology sectors regarding information security and cyber risk matters.

• Help in the creation and formatting of security-related documents that require regular updates, modifications, storage, and availability for reference and audit needs.

• Collaborate closely with other information security teams to enhance the overall effectiveness of C&A's information security program.

• Aid in the information security maturity assessment process for vendors.

• Support information security awareness initiatives for associates and third parties.

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of information security metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in technology or information security (either completed or currently in progress).

• A keen interest in working within Information Security to safeguard C&A's information assets, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Understanding of information security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability).

• Capability to assist in developing and updating information security policies and guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulations.

• Basic familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable collaborating in a team setting, communicating across different departments, demonstrating proactivity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
