Influencer Marketing Customer Success, Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing relationships with clients in influencer marketing

• Ensure frequent communication to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

• Assist in client retention initiatives while identifying opportunities for upselling

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee campaign execution aligns with client expectations

• Manage follow-ups, provide reporting updates, and communicate campaign statuses

• Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners

• Assess client needs and suggest appropriate influencer marketing strategies

• Monitor and evaluate influencer campaign performance across various platforms

• Create weekly and monthly performance reports

• Track key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, ROI, affiliate sales, and creator performance

• Analyze data from influencers and campaigns to offer optimization suggestions

• Aid in campaign forecasting and performance analysis

• Keep accurate reporting dashboards and documentation for campaigns

• Collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing Managers to enhance campaign strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer success, account management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign analysis

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships effectively

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and performance metrics

• Familiarity with reporting tools, Google Sheets, or Excel

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Capability to handle multiple clients and campaigns at once

• Proficient in English communication

• Experience with agencies or international clients is an advantage
