Independent Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care through evidence-based practices to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents.

• Accurately documents all services and patient-related activities.

• Provides crisis intervention for individuals and their families.

• Engages in regular case planning with the involved multidisciplinary team.

• Participates in individual and group supervision as required.

• Offers case management services to facilitate recovery and community reintegration as necessary.

• Undertakes additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active and unrestricted mental health license in the primary residence state as well as the state where services are provided (Arizona).

• Must be comfortable working in a remote environment.

• Must be willing to work evening hours.

• Must possess a patient-first mindset.
