
Independent Contractor – Collision Center Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment standards.
• Record findings, develop an action plan for improvements, and collaborate with centers on mutually agreed next steps towards certification.
• If you possess a training background, provide in-person training sessions to collision center and dealer staff on various collision and safety-related topics.
• Background in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry; including collision center management; independent insurance appraisals; or a solid understanding of automotive collision, parts, and service operations.
• Experience in delivering stand-up or onsite training is a definite PLUS+.
• Technical knowledge or education in the automotive field.
• Exceptional accuracy in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• High degree of empathy with the capability to engage with individuals at all levels within a collision center or dealership.
• Strong self-management skills and motivation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Relevant professional experience along with strong social and interpersonal skills.
• As this role is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position at the outset, benefits are not provided.
