In-house Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Content Development: You will create, shoot, and edit top-notch social media content, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.

• Trend Identification: You will skillfully pinpoint trending topics, memes, and formats that are currently popular, implementing them with creativity and efficiency.

• Community Engagement: You will serve as our voice in comments and direct messages, engaging with the community in a prompt, witty, and charming manner.

• Audience Expansion: You will swiftly and consistently broaden our social media presence and drive high-quality traffic to our free educational videos.

• Performance Analysis: You will monitor key performance indicators, evaluate content effectiveness, and suggest improvements.

• Mentorship & Development: You will mentor a team of interns and working students, helping them evolve into social media experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for social media, trends, creator culture, and innovative formats.

• Demonstrated success and practical experience in content production (including concept development, filming, editing, copywriting, audio, thumbnails, uploading, etc.).

• Excellent editorial and creative abilities with a knack for storytelling and understanding viral dynamics.

• Proficient use of tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.

• Capability to mentor and develop junior team members.

• A self-directed, organized working style with a high execution speed.

• Native-level proficiency in German.
