In-Home Health – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments, interacting with individuals in the comfort of their residences.

• Travel extensively—up to 100% of the time—within a specified coverage region.

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary.

• Infuse compassion into every visit, becoming part of a national network of dedicated clinicians focused on enhancing health outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses in the necessary coverage area, as required.

• Able to serve all counties within Washington and be flexible to meet other business needs.
