This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Customer Success Implementation Architects are essential in facilitating customer onboarding, providing solutions, and ensuring the ongoing adoption and utilization of the AppViewX product.
• You will spearhead the deployment of AppViewX solutions aimed at automating customer IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure.
• By merging your extensive technical expertise with an understanding of customer business objectives and challenges, you will help clients maximize the value derived from AppViewX products.
• As a member of the Customer Success team, you will explore opportunities to automate service offerings associated with various AppViewX products, tools, and processes.
• Collaborating with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Design Architects, you will implement AppViewX technology to address specific business challenges for our new clients.
• You will focus on customer objectives and success criteria, providing detailed technical assistance to facilitate a swift Go-live for customers.
• Serving as a trusted technical advisor, you will help customers navigate technical hurdles throughout the implementation journey.
• You will identify new use cases as part of the account growth and renewal strategy.
• Leveraging your customer interactions, you will provide valuable feedback to the broader AppViewX organization on enhancing customer experience, accelerating time-to-value, and delivering greater benefits.
• You will utilize your experience to identify automation opportunities and develop tools that assist your team in reducing man-hours.
• Contributing to Customer Business Reviews, you will highlight potential areas for improvement.
• You will work closely with cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams, you will prioritize product enhancements and long-term roadmaps based on customer and industry priorities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical implementation role.
• Willingness to work in US Shift.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (such as Customer Success Engineer, Solution Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert), ideally in a post-sales capacity at a SaaS company with enterprise software products.
• A passion for programming, with solid coding skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Java.
• Experience in web service development and utilizing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Vagrant, Ansible, or Salt is preferred.
• Experience in building Jenkins or automated test frameworks is preferred.
• Domain expertise in PKI, DNS, Active Directory, cloud technologies, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and relevant cryptographic standards.
• Experience in Certificate Life Cycle management and operations.
• Knowledge of PKI implementation processes.
• Experience with PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and other enrollment practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows server management.
• Practical experience with Apache and IIS application expertise.
• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving, deployment, and multitasking abilities, with a capacity to learn new technologies rapidly.
