Implementation Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that each client achieves regulatory compliance and maintains technical quality during the implementation of Lina solutions.

• Carry out configuration, acceptance testing, and validation of Lina solutions in collaboration with clients.

• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and suggest solutions prior to escalation.

• Conduct functional, technical, and regulatory testing.

• Facilitate follow-up and alignment meetings with clients.

• Monitor schedules, dependencies, and activities related to the deployments you oversee.

• Identify potential risks and obstacles while communicating proactively.

• Work alongside internal teams to ensure deadlines are met as agreed.

• Maintain visibility on the progress of requests.

• Apply industry best practices concerning API integrations and regulatory compliance.

• Generate and sustain technical implementation documentation.

• Serve as the technical liaison during the deployments you manage.

• Convert client business needs into precise technical requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in the implementation, integration, delivery, or technical support of digital solutions.

• Proficient understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, or application architecture.

• Capable of diagnosing technical problems and conducting root cause analysis independently.

• Experience in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.

• Strong and assertive communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent demands with organization and clarity.

• Interest or knowledge in Open Finance regulations, payments, or the financial market.

• Highly desirable: Experience with Open Finance Brazil, Open Banking, payments, or regulated financial services.

• Experience in integration projects involving systems in production environments.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logs, and incident analysis.

• Experience in onboarding or implementing solutions for corporate clients.

• Involvement in process improvement or automation initiatives.
