Implementation Analyst, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement Nomus ERP management software at client locations through online meetings or in-person visits as needed;

• Comprehend clients' workflows and requirements;

• Assist clients in setting up and customizing the software to ensure successful project outcomes;

• Provide training to users on the system's functionalities;

• Empower clients in management practices associated with the implementation;

• Test and confirm the executed processes with client users;

• Support clients in enhancing their business growth, ensuring that the solution's advantages are realized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week in a remote (home-office) setup with flexible hours.

• Enthusiasm for production engineering, business management, and information technology.

• Aiming to innovate the management of small and medium-sized Brazilian manufacturing firms.

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong commitment.

• At least intermediate proficiency in English for reading and writing.

• Professional experience in implementing ERP management software (not mandatory).

• Professional experience in manufacturing or processing sectors (not mandatory).

• Professional experience in providing business management consulting services (not mandatory).
