Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage extensive data sets derived from legacy ERPs and clients' unstructured spreadsheets.

• Set up client accounts on the platform and establish the initial functions of AI Agents.

• Ensure that the project management tool is meticulously maintained and up to date.

• Oversee clients' initial usage, addressing immediate operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Excel (Required): Expertise in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, text and logical functions; knowledge of Power Query is an advantage.

• Familiarity with productivity/project-management tools (Linear, Trello, Jira, or similar).

• Capability to interpret flowcharts and pinpoint potential process failures.

• Previous experience in software implementation (onboarding) or technical support is an asset.

• Basic understanding of JSON files, APIs, or databases (even without programming skills) to enhance communication with the engineering team.
