Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement solutions, configurations, and parameterizations within a management system and customer service process automation platform;

• Provide user training in the client’s environment;

• Compile implementation reports featuring key indicators;

• Conduct interviews with key users and client teams to map out and document work processes;

• Identify routines, bottlenecks, and unmet requirements;

• Clearly and systematically document the current (AS-IS) process flow;

• Assist in designing the optimized (TO-BE) workflow;

• Transform client needs into a vision document;

• Execute both low- and high-complexity configurations within the system;

• Create test scenarios and validate functional and integration tests;

• Identify and monitor the resolution of bugs;

• Offer on-site or remote support during the go-live phase;

• Oversee timelines for material production and support project data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL;

• Degree or ongoing coursework in Law, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Science, or related Information Technology fields;

• Ability to learn quickly;

• Basic understanding of non-relational databases (ElasticSearch);

• Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs;
