Impact Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the team in conducting research and performing critical analysis of impact frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate closely with startup founders to gain insights into their business models, establish impact boundaries, and determine relevant metrics.

• Create and tailor impact assessment tools (mainly using MS Excel) for various startup applications across different sectors.

• Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators to ensure effective and timely communication.

• Keep detailed records of meetings and convert discussions into actionable insights for tracking project progress.

• Support the team in organizing and managing events, training sessions, and workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related discipline.

• In-depth understanding of climate change, including mitigation, adaptation & resilience, as well as impact metrics.

• 2–3 years of pertinent work experience in climate impact metrics.

• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the climate investing landscape is a plus.
