HubSpot/Dynamics 365 Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and oversee HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub) and/or Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) platforms.

• Develop and manage CRM workflows, automation sequences, lead routing, and pipeline settings.

• Create and maintain custom properties, fields, forms, records, and segmentation frameworks.

• Generate CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics for business leaders and operational teams.

• Manage user setup, permissions, teams, roles, and access controls effectively.

• Ensure CRM data integrity through deduplication, list management, segmentation, and data governance practices.

• Support CRM integrations with ERP systems, marketing tools, telephony systems, analytics platforms, and other business applications.

• Configure marketing automation campaigns, lead scoring models, email workflows, and customer lifecycle automations.

• Implement platform updates, data migration tasks, and import/export operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert them into scalable CRM solutions.

• Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide end-user support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

• Maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, data dictionaries, and configuration records.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM administration with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Preferred HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS, etc.) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

• Experience in supporting CRM implementation, optimization, or migration initiatives.

• Strong expertise in CRM automation tools, including HubSpot Workflows and/or Power Automate.

• Proficient in CRM reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics.

• Experience in supporting CRM integrations and data migration efforts.

• Understanding of business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
