HRIS Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

• Foster continuous enhancement of HR systems.

• Administer and configure systems effectively.

• Manage data and oversee integrations.

• Offer user support and conduct training sessions.

• Ensure seamless daily operations of the HR technology landscape.

• Assist with future system upgrades and growth initiatives.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new legal entities and employee groups.

• Coordinate the migration and validation of employee data.

• Maintain data consistency across systems.

• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

• Background in system configuration, testing, and support activities.

• Experience in data migration, validation, and management.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience in supporting global or multi-country HR settings.

• Nice to Have: Experience in delivering training and creating user documentation.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations and APIs.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Integration Center, SAP CPI, or equivalent integration technologies.

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with SuccessFactors Onboarding.

• Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

• Nice to Have: Proficiency in Spanish.
