This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate actively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose scalable system solutions that align with business needs.
• Engage in hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionalities and enhancements in accordance with business and regional requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex system issues and defects.
• Provide daily Workday system support for a global user base, including ticket resolution, audits, and data uploads (EIBs).
• Create dashboards and advanced reports, including matrix and composite reports, that fulfill business requirements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes both within and outside the system using Workday capabilities.
• Stay updated on new system features, updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to promote continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver system training materials (such as process documentation, training sessions, and communications).
• At least 3+ years of strong hands-on configuration experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in practical terms in both languages.
• Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data.
• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts.
