This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Integrate and unify HR data from various sources and systems, ensuring the quality, consistency, and accessibility of data for advanced analyses.

• Conduct statistical analyses, develop predictive models, and create forecasts for critical areas.

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and regular/advanced reports that convert complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights for leadership and executives.

• Interpret business inquiries from stakeholders into analytical projects, deliver actionable recommendations, and influence data-driven strategic decisions throughout the organization.

• Manage comprehensive analytics initiatives in a fast-paced environment, from requirements gathering to execution and follow-up.

• Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through predictive and diagnostic analytics, and recommend interventions to enhance metrics and overall talent strategy.

• Work closely with leaders to establish KPIs, support ad-hoc requests, and continuously advance the analytics maturity towards a fully data-driven HR function.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in HR Analytics.

• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Sociology.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, dashboarding/visualization, and fundamental data handling concepts.

• Capability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions.

• Experience with predictive analytics and generating insights.

• Proven history of successfully leading projects involving multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• End-to-end project leadership skills.
