This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Engage in the creation and continuous execution of QM Work Plan initiatives.
• Enhance the quality of products and services through effective measurement and analysis.
• Analyze and assess audit information, providing recommendations to achieve QM goals.
• Conduct a range of medical and clinical audits.
• Facilitate exit interviews with clinical and leadership personnel to discuss audit findings.
• Aid in the formulation of corrective action plans.
• Create audit instruments for all demographics.
• Monitor the execution of corrective action plans.
• Perform data entry related to all audit instruments.
• Participate in inter-rater reliability assessments and scoring standards.
• Attend QM meetings.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the behavioral health sector.
• Must be a resident of Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Availability to travel up to 75% of the time within Arizona.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to conduct audits independently.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Strong skills in relationship building.
• Prior experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Familiarity with medical records and/or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience plus a high school diploma or GED).
