Head of SAP Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the strategic advancement of the consulting division

• Guiding the digital transformation efforts of our clients within the waste management and circular economy sectors

• Creating consulting methodologies and enhancing process efficiencies

• Assisting in complex SAP projects from the initial concept through to final execution

• Organizing, directing, and tracking project progress

• Leading, inspiring, and facilitating the professional and personal growth of the consulting team

• Serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal development teams, and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience in IT consulting and project management, preferably within an SAP S/4HANA context

• Solid grasp of business processes

• Capability to assess complex functional and technical requirements and convert them into effective solutions

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement

• Proficient in presenting and clarifying intricate subjects both internally and externally in German and English

• Entrepreneurial attitude and a drive for innovation
