This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide daily leadership and accountability for a remote broker team consisting of 4-6 members.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings along with individual coaching sessions for each broker.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups, leaving no lead unattended and no deal unresolved.
• Facilitate training in objection handling and ongoing skill enhancement for the team.
• Maintain CRM discipline with our proprietary platform, Shy, taking ownership of its utilization.
• Establish qualification standards to ensure leads are accurately segmented and effectively progressed through the pipeline.
• Define KPIs and provide weekly reporting, ensuring every broker is aware of their metrics consistently.
• Oversee the transition process from connector to closer, ensuring a smooth handoff from qualification to closing.
• Collaborate with the CEO on aspects of hiring, compensation frameworks, and team expansion.
• Identify and nurture potential sales leaders within the team.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role within a sales team.
• Demonstrated success in high-ticket consultative or service-oriented sales.
• Proven ability to build or enhance a structured sales process with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in managing remote sales teams is essential.
• Strong coaching skills, enabling you to elevate the performance of those around you.
• CRM experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with outstanding communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States; remote work is supported, with occasional travel required.
• Experience in luxury, premium, or high-end service sales is preferred but not essential.
• Background in private aviation or related industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with connector and closer sales models is beneficial.
