
Head of Identity, Regulatory Market Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Craft Jumio’s regulatory narrative across essential sectors such as financial services, iGaming, marketplaces, and cryptocurrency.
• Serve as the connector between regulation, product development, and go-to-market (GTM) execution.
• Establish Jumio as the reliable authority in identity intelligence and compliance to enhance pipeline and revenue.
• Observe and predict global regulatory trends, including eIDAS 2.0, AI Act, DORA, and the evolution of AML/KYC.
• Convert regulatory changes into actionable GTM strategies, targeted segments, and sales focus areas.
• Provide teams with messaging that clarifies “what this means for the customer.”
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to synchronize regulatory triggers with pipeline development.
• Transform regulatory requirements into industry-specific GTM narratives for financial services, crypto, iGaming, mobility, payments, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
• Work with Product Marketing to create use-case-driven positioning that includes onboarding, age verification, fraud prevention, and lifecycle monitoring.
• Empower field teams with a clear explanation of “why buy now,” driven by compliance needs.
• Create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, objection handling guides, and outreach strategies triggered by regulatory changes.
• Assist in strategic deals by participating in key client discussions and offering regulatory credibility and assurance.
• Support Customer Success in driving growth through regulatory change events.
• Define, enhance, and advocate for Jumio’s market narrative surrounding digital identity, trust, compliance, and regulatory innovation.
• Participate in industry events, speaking engagements, and media opportunities to bolster Jumio's market presence.
• 10–15+ years of experience in financial services regulation, AML/KYC, digital identity, or a closely related field.
• Background in regulatory advisory, either within consulting or an in-house role.
• Extensive knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including eIDAS and AML/KYC.
• Experience interacting with regulators and financial institutions.
• Familiarity with identity verification, fraud, or digital identity platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of certification frameworks such as ETSI, ISO, and SOC2 (preferred).
• Experience in compliance within tier 1 banks, Big 4 regulatory advisory, RegTech, or identity platforms (preferred).
