Head of GTM Engineering – AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven GTM systems, encompassing signal detection, enrichment, campaign orchestration, and response management.

• Build scalable backend solutions utilizing Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Design integrations across various CRMs, APIs, data sources, and outreach platforms.

• Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and SDK-like components for quick deployment.

• Lead and expand a distributed team of engineers, including offshore talent.

• Set best practices for version control, testing, documentation, and deployment.

• Mentor engineers focused on automation into roles in AI-agent development and software engineering.

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.

• Facilitate the transition from no-code workflows to code-first AI solutions.

• Assess emerging AI tools, LLM features, and automation frameworks.

• Contribute to internal AI tools and reusable automation libraries.

• Rapidly prototype and validate new automation opportunities.

• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and error management.

• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.

• Develop observability systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building **GTM automation systems in production** (e.g., enrichment workflows, API integrations, CRM automation).

• Strong grasp of **data pipelines, webhooks, and multi-step automation logic**.

• Practical coding experience in **Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript**.

• Experience with **AI/LLM-powered systems** (prompt design, chaining, context management).

• Profound understanding of **outbound sales workflows and revenue operations**.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineers or technical teams.

• Production-level experience with scalable systems (Preferred Qualifications).

• Background in **agencies, consultancies, or multi-client environments** (Preferred Qualifications).

• Familiarity with **DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud infrastructure)** (Preferred Qualifications).

• **Active participation** in automation, AI, or GTM engineering communities (Preferred Qualifications).
