Head of Digital Transformation – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Wildix AI transformation roadmap across various departments.

• Create conversational and AI-driven workflows that are integrated with CRM, telephony, collaboration tools, and internal systems.

• Work alongside stakeholders to reengineer processes and enhance operational efficiency using AI.

• Set up governance frameworks, best practices, and performance metrics for AI projects.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that AI integrations are both scalable and secure.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and propose solutions that align with business objectives.

• Directly contribute to the company's OKRs that emphasize cost reduction and operational scalability.

• Assist with change management efforts and support teams in adapting to AI-enhanced workflows.

• Track the performance of AI projects and continuously improve automation coverage and efficiency.

• Promote the use of AI tools and workflows throughout the organization.

• Lead the implementation of AI assistants and automation initiatives in Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that have measurable impacts on operations and business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, Automation, or related leadership roles.

• Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with CRM (Salesforce), telephony platforms, collaboration tools, and operational systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess business impact and operational ROI.

• Hands-on approach with the flexibility to transition between strategy and execution.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, international technology setting.

• Experience in managing external vendors and technology partners.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of AI workflows, conversational AI, automation platforms, and business process optimization.
