This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and execute the digital marketing analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance metrics.
• Oversee and manage marketing analytics platforms and tools (such as GA360, GTM, Google Cloud, Adobe CJA, Looker), guaranteeing they are well-maintained, accessible, and utilized effectively.
• Direct the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to provide insights that guide decision-making across acquisition, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and engagement.
• Create measurement frameworks and KPI structures, converting them into uniform tracking specifications across different markets.
• Convert complex analytical findings into concise reports and visual representations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure analytics activities align with broader business goals and operational models.
• Identify opportunities through data analysis to enhance performance, gain insights into customer behavior, and improve digital experiences.
• Lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives to empower marketing teams to effectively utilize data for self-service purposes.
• Ensure robust data governance practices, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulations, including GDPR.
• Manage budgets for the Digital Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence and supervise a direct report.
• Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, with hands-on expertise in analytics, visualization, and tag management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Experience in translating data into actionable insights that facilitate commercial decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, capable of delivering analytics projects from initial planning to final execution.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
