HCM Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions throughout the Hire-to-Retire processes.

• Engage with leading HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.

• Take part in comprehensive end-to-end HCM project implementations.

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions with other systems.

• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in HCM implementation or HR transformation.

• Operational experience with at least one significant HCM platform (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).

• Consulting experience is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Compensation.

• A robust delivery mindset is essential.
