GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop a system that enables a five-member GTM team to operate as if it were fifty.

• Design multi-step workflows that activate based on genuine intent rather than arbitrary schedules.

• Process, evaluate, and direct signals from platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Exa, Gong, Granola, and RFPs to the appropriate representative with the right messaging.

• Maintain HubSpot's integrity, ensuring that tier-1 accounts receive the necessary focus.
