GTM Engineer, AI-first

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a GTM Engineer (AI-first), you will lead the transformation of our go-to-market organization into an AI-driven, highly automated operational model.

• Your goal is to pinpoint high-impact opportunities, convert them into scalable solutions, and empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to operate more intelligently, quickly, and with a data-driven approach through the effective application of AI and automation.

• Audit & prioritize: Analyze GTM workflows across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to uncover significant automation opportunities (such as lead routing, enrichment, renewals, and handoffs).

• Build agentic workflows: Create and implement AI-powered automations utilizing Clay, Claude, n8n, Notion AI, and our technology stack (Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, Planhat).

• Own the AI context layer: Develop and maintain prompts, knowledge graphs, CRM-connected AI capabilities, and enrichment pipelines that consistently enhance system intelligence.

• Prototype relentlessly: Stay updated on emerging AI tools and models, test rapidly, discard ineffective solutions, and scale successful ones — in days, not quarters.

• Connect systems end-to-end: Ensure smooth integration across Salesforce, Looker, Planhat, Snowflake, and the broader data infrastructure with RevOps, BI, and Engineering.

• Lead enablement: Educate Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing on AI-driven workflows and foster long-term adoption across teams.

• Support the AI-first roadmap: Contribute to Recare's three-phase RevOps transition — evolving from manual processes with structure to augmented operations and finally to intelligent automation — achieving measurable productivity improvements at each stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Sales Engineering, or a related field and comprehend the daily operations of go-to-market teams.

• You possess experience with Claude, GPT, or other LLMs — including prompts, custom workflows, and agent-based automation.

• You have previously built solutions using Clay, Claude, or similar no-code automation tools — recognizing the opportunity independently rather than waiting for direction.

• You are familiar with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Hightouch for automation and data workflows.

• You prioritize learning — you closely monitor AI releases, constantly experiment, and swiftly apply new models for go-to-market impact.

• You are a natural educator — you can simplify complex workflows into actionable insights for Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams.

• You are comfortable working with APIs, prompts, webhooks, and integrating systems such as CRM, BI, enrichment, and automation tools.

• You excel in uncertain environments — no established playbook, no rigid structure, just the freedom to innovate from the ground up.

• You are fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) — essential for engaging with our German hospital clients and international internal teams.
