This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership of the entire data product development lifecycle—from gathering business requirements and technical design to building, deploying, documenting, and maintaining the product.
• Collaborate with GTM teams (Planning, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Finance) to convert ambiguous business queries into clear data requirements and analytical frameworks.
• Create scalable data pipelines and models in SQL/Snowflake to facilitate territory design, capacity planning, coverage models, segmentation, and forecasting workflows.
• Develop user-friendly dashboards and self-service tools in Tableau that enhance operational visibility and minimize ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct thorough testing to guarantee data accuracy and reliability across all GTM data products.
• At least 8 years of experience in a comparable GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations position.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and the Salesforce data model.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage your time to achieve project objectives.
• Experience in translating intricate business processes into data structures, including operational edge cases and exception logic.
