Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Execute and refine product experiments on a daily and weekly basis throughout the funnel.

• Take ownership of the experimentation backlog, including prioritization, planning, and execution.

• Create concise PRDs and experiment briefs to facilitate swift developer implementation.

• Develop experiment concepts utilizing UX research, funnel analysis, and data insights (via Mixpanel and Claude).

• Oversee the complete experiment lifecycle from conception to measurement and decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with developers, offering ongoing feedback to ensure rapid delivery and precision.

• Manage the release process across development, staging, and production environments.

• Ensure precise tracking, analytics, and A/B test setup (using GrowthBook and Mixpanel).

• Track performance metrics and provide daily/weekly insights and decisions for iterations.

• Control the comprehensive experimentation pipeline to ensure speed, quality, and alignment with KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of cumulative experience in product management and growth, with a minimum of 3+ years in growth/product optimization roles.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing web funnels in B2C (B2B experience is a plus), with direct impacts on CR, LTV, and CPA.

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced growth environment, where experiments are implemented on a daily or weekly basis.

• Strong hands-on experience in executing A/B tests from start to finish (hypothesis → setup → analysis → decision).

• Extensive proficiency with product analytics tools, particularly Mixpanel (funnels, cohorts, event-based analysis).

• Familiarity with experimentation and feature flagging tools such as GrowthBook.

• Capability to write clear, developer-ready PRDs and experiment specifications with specific acceptance criteria.

• Robust understanding of event tracking, data integrity, and frameworks for measuring experiments.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, with a solid grasp of dev → staging → production workflows.

• High execution speed with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous experiments while meeting stringent KPI targets.
