Graphics Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Transform Matna’s brand strategy into cohesive and visually appealing assets across all platforms while upholding a premium, global standard.

• Maintain robust brand consistency across digital, print, and in-person materials, continuously enhancing and refining the visual identity.

• Create impactful marketing materials, including social media content, campaigns, presentations, and product visuals, to drive business growth.

• Assist in go-to-market initiatives through engaging visual storytelling and close collaboration with marketing and business teams.

• Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and internal communication materials that exhibit clarity, structure, and professionalism.

• Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition efforts by generating high-quality creative assets.

• Design and optimize visuals for web, social media platforms, and digital campaigns, including enhancements to website and digital experiences.

• Oversee multiple design projects with efficiency, precision, and attention to detail while adhering to timelines and maintaining high creative standards.

• Create reusable templates and scalable design systems to enhance efficiency and consistency throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a structured business setting.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and corporate design projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with design for both digital and print media.
