Graphic Designer – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise a group of graphic designers who support the Client Success and Website Order Department.

• Integrate creative leadership, quality control, and project management to ensure all visual outputs fulfill client expectations, brand standards, and delivery timelines.

• Guide and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring they produce high-quality work and pursue professional growth.

• Allocate and prioritize design assignments according to client deadlines and the scope of projects.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.

• Review and authorize design assets to guarantee conformity with client brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.

• Step in to create or enhance high-priority or complex creative materials as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Client Success Team to gain insights into client requirements and expectations.

• Oversee and enhance internal design workflows for improved efficiency and scalability.

• Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, including 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a design team.

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, website, digital, and eCommerce creative work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva.

• Keen attention to quality, brand consistency, and detail.

• Experience in managing multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Comfortable collaborating with client-facing teams and participating in client calls as required.

• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to enhance workflows and monitor team productivity and performance.

• A dual-monitor setup is necessary (with a minimum of 8GB of RAM).

• Must have a minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS.
