Graphic Design Production Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver innovative design and branding solutions that align with our mission of connecting individuals facing hunger to nutritious meals.

• Create captivating visual materials that enhance fundraising efforts, community engagement, marketing initiatives, programs, and events.

• Design signage, promotional materials, advertisements, reports, presentation decks, event collateral, and branded merchandise.

• Ensure adherence to Feeding San Diego's established brand guidelines for consistency.

• Generate visual concepts and branding components for programs, campaigns, and events.

• Offer insights on design, layout, and visual communication strategies.

• Prepare production-ready files for vendors.

• Coordinate and place orders with printers and merchandise suppliers as required.

• Engage in project planning discussions and contribute creative solutions that align with organizational objectives and enhance audience engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional graphic design experience.

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production processes.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.

• Experience in creating innovative solutions for nonprofit, mission-driven, or community-oriented organizations is preferred.

• Must reside in or near San Diego, CA.
