Graphic Designer – Performance Creative, Paid Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design engaging static advertisements for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social media campaigns.

• Develop creatives focused on performance, optimized for click-through rates (CTR), hook rates, and conversions.

• Create multiple ad variations for swift testing and iteration.

• Produce graphics for landing pages, email marketing campaigns, Amazon listings, product launches, and promotional efforts.

• Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and video editors to craft successful campaigns.

• Transform user-generated content (UGC), testimonials, reviews, and product advantages into captivating visual advertisements.

• Conduct research on competitor advertisements and industry trends to pinpoint effective creative styles.

• Assist in maintaining and evolving Afina’s visual identity across various channels.

• Utilize AI tools and contemporary creative workflows to enhance speed and output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.

• A robust portfolio showcasing paid social ads and performance-driven creative work.

• Proven experience in designing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and digital advertising platforms.

• Solid understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology.

• Capability to create sleek, modern designs that focus on conversions.

• Quick execution skills with the ability to produce a high volume of creative assets.

• Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, and advertisement composition principles.

• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar applications.

• Willingness to accept feedback and make rapid iterations.
