Graphic Designer – Marketing, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop social-first creative assets for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels.

• Produce memes, trend-driven content, reactive materials, and culturally relevant social media creative.

• Craft static posts, carousels, stories, social templates, and presentation materials, translating social insights, cultural moments, and online trends into engaging visual concepts.

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Community Managers, and Account teams to enhance creative output.

• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and throughout the creative development process.

• Assist with campaign launches, content calendars, pitch decks, and new business initiatives.

• Maintain creative quality, consistency, and relevance across all deliverables to ensure optimal platform performance.

• Stay informed about internet culture, creator trends, social platform updates, and emerging formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design within a creative agency, social agency, media company, design studio, or in-house brand team.

• A strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, organic social content, meme-driven creative, trend participation, and platform-native design.

• A comprehensive understanding of internet culture, meme formats, social trends, and creator ecosystems.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proficiency in typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in creating content tailored for social platforms and specific audience segments.

• Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and excel in a dynamic environment, with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
