Graphic Designer, HTML, Adobe Animate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• In your role as a Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with developing visually appealing designs that effectively convey brand messages and communication initiatives across various platforms.

• You may independently handle client projects, generating all necessary assets for print, digital, and motion media, or collaborate with a remote team to contribute specific elements that fulfill the overall brief to a high standard and within deadlines.

• Design and create a range of materials for both print and digital formats.

• Generate concepts using software and produce original content, selecting the optimal use of color, typography, imagery, and layout.

• Carry out image retouching and manipulation.

• Collaborate with others throughout the design process, from concept development to project completion.

• Prepare and export print-ready artwork in accordance with required specifications.

• Finalize layouts, marking, and assembling completed copy and artwork.

• Oversee the design and upload process for all project materials, while understanding best practices for utilizing a content management system.

• Ensure that projects are completed with high quality and within established timelines.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the following software is essential for this position, with capabilities evaluated through Adobe Creative Cloud skills assessments during the recruitment process.

• A degree in graphic design is required.

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, showcasing a robust portfolio of work.

• Exceptional creativity alongside innovative design capabilities.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience (both academic and professional) with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly in InDesign and Adobe Animate, in addition to Illustrator and Photoshop.

• At least 3 years' experience developing Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.

• Strong skills in layout design.

• Proven expertise in HTML and CSS.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Australian).

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
