Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Creating visual assets for websites, social media, sales materials, and more.

• Collaborating on innovative concepts with our Brand Strategist and Clients.

• Setting design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

• Assessing and enhancing the design of our client’s websites, focusing on user experience, site and page architecture, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Ensuring the visual consistency of websites by upholding content standards.

• Conveying design concepts through user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

• Integrating functionalities and features into websites.

• Creating design samples, including colors and font selections.

• Developing design plans and showcasing the website structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Digital Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing digital and web design work.

• Proven experience in designing websites, social media graphics, sales materials, and various marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency.

• Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.

• Experience in generating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity website designs using Figma.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Capability to work collaboratively with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality design solutions.

• Strong grasp of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual design best practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design choices effectively.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced agency setting.
