📋 Description

• Strategize, coordinate, and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns that align with organizational objectives.

• Assist Account Managers in planning campaign schedules, assets, and deliverables.

• Create and enhance email marketing strategies aimed at boosting engagement, retention, and conversions.

• Craft and refine engaging email content that embodies the brand's voice and appeals to target audiences.

• Oversee email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Track campaign performance indicators — including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions — and convert data insights into actionable enhancements.

• Ensure all email campaigns undergo thorough testing, proofreading, and quality assurance before launch.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in email marketing, platform advancements, and best practices for deliverability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a related field (Required).

• Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar (Required).

• Strong grasp of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign enhancement.

• Detail-oriented coordinator capable of keeping campaigns on schedule without missing any deliverables.

• Excellent copywriting abilities — crafting emails that recipients are eager to open and read.

• Analytical thinker — leveraging performance metrics to inform smarter decisions rather than just producing visually appealing reports.

• A team player who collaborates effectively with creative, content, and account management teams.
