Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and develop direct-response paid social static creatives (and adjacent motion graphics as necessary) based on briefs for ongoing Meta testing sprints — every asset crafted to prompt a specific action, guided by performance insights.

• Transform successful concepts into new variations and format extensions for ongoing experimentation.

• Ensure adherence to Monarch's brand and design system across all assets.

• Convert briefs, initial direction, and performance indicators into impactful, on-brand first drafts that require minimal adjustments.

• Maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries in a tidy, organized, and reusable manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in paid social or direct-response/performance creative.

• A robust portfolio showcasing static ad/social creative that highlights craftsmanship, variety, and fundamentals of typography/layout.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop and Illustrator).

• Capability to work quickly and iterate at a testing volume without compromising on quality.

• Basic fluency with AI tools — comfortable utilizing generative tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
