Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Adhere to brand guidelines to create and sustain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, including websites, emails, print materials, and sales presentations.

• Ideate and design graphics for various marketing initiatives, such as in-app banners, email campaigns, landing pages, sales presentations, and display advertisements.

• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure that objectives and deadlines are consistently met.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually push creative limits and introduce innovative ideas.

• Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing top-quality results within specified timeframes.

• Simplify complex concepts into clear, elegant visuals that narrate a compelling story and strengthen our brand identity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the technology or fintech sectors.

• Expertise in Figma, AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software. Experience with Jira is a plus but not mandatory.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects, particularly in digital campaign design.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred; however, candidates with an outstanding portfolio and relevant experience will also be considered.

• Proven experience utilizing Claude or similar large language model tools is essential; candidates should be comfortable using AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
