This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Implement finished product and packaging artwork across various components, cartons, labels, and associated product assets.
• Execute artwork revisions that include updates to images, text, ingredients, compliance details, barcodes, and partner-specific information.
• Generate precise print-ready artwork files adhering to approved specifications, timelines, and production criteria.
• Develop product line-ups, packaging mock-ups, and basic artwork rollouts to assist with range, launch, and wholesale requirements.
• Contribute to the new brand website and ongoing digital needs by delivering accurate, customer-centric image and asset adaptations.
• Prepare, resize, and modify eCommerce imagery, PDP assets, product page content, and campaign visuals for digital platforms.
• Execute adaptations of digital campaign assets across needed formats, placements, and specifications.
• Ensure consistency across live sites, launches, social media, and campaign assets while fulfilling channel-specific requirements.
• Create visual merchandising signage, store graphics, and retail campaign artwork for in-store environments.
• Modify creative campaign assets for retail, VM, and in-store formats while adhering to tight campaign rollout schedules.
• Assist in developing concept mock-ups and presentation materials for retail execution, wholesale proposals, and store activation needs.
• Format, resize, and adapt product, digital, VM, and packaging assets to meet wholesale and international partner specifications.
• Prepare partner-specific artwork, proposal documents, product mock-ups, and print-ready files for wholesale execution.
• Facilitate asset delivery for partners such as Target, Next, Priceline, Superdrug, and other wholesale channels as necessary.
• Ensure consistent Allkinds brand representation across all production artwork and asset adaptations.
• Verify files for accuracy, sizing, resolution, spelling, barcode placement, compliance updates, and production readiness prior to handover.
• Adhere to approved brand guidelines, templates, file naming conventions, and workflow procedures.
• Promptly escalate risks, missing information, specification gaps, or timeline issues to the Creative Director or relevant project lead.
• Efficiently manage assigned production tasks, balancing BAU, campaign, product, digital, retail, and wholesale priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, product stakeholders, and digital partners to clarify briefs and deliver precise outputs.
• Assist in minimizing production bottlenecks by taking ownership of high-volume adaptations, routine artwork updates, and repeatable production tasks.
• Maintain organized working files and final assets for easy access, review, updates, and reuse by the Creative team.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related creative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of print production, finished art, and digital asset preparation requirements.
• Background in a production design, finished art, graphic design, or creative studio support role, preferably within beauty, retail, FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience in preparing print-ready artwork and adapting assets for multiple channels and specifications.
• Experience with packaging artwork updates, including changes to copy, barcodes, ingredients, compliance, or regulatory matters.
• Experience creating or adapting eCommerce, digital campaign, social, retail signage, VM, or wholesale presentation materials.
• Strong file management skills, encompassing version control, asset organization, and clear handover practices.
• Experience collaborating with remote, offshore, or cross-functional teams is a plus.
