Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging marketing materials and sales collateral for Investment Sales Producers, such as broker opinion of value proposals, offering memorandums, financial information, brochures, flyers, and postcards.

• Create graphics utilizing text, numerical data, maps, and infographics.

• Present design concepts to business partners, gather feedback, and implement revisions.

• Collaborate on or develop branding and design elements for customized property marketing.

• Utilize property branding and enhance it as needed to produce comprehensive collateral.

• Effectively select and apply color palettes, photography, typography, and other design elements.

• Work together with team members and departments in a remote or hybrid setting.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry.

• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables with research, email, digital marketing teams, and Global Production Operations.

• Assist with marketing activities related to listings and transaction processes, including escrow and closing, to ensure timely execution and communication.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.

• A visually impressive portfolio that highlights creative, design, and technical skills.

• Background in editorial design and formatting for medium to long-length publications.

• Familiarity with project management practices and tools like Monday.com.

• Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent collaboration skills and a strong customer service orientation.

• Capability to manage expectations and deliver innovative, client-centered creative solutions.

• Skilled in preparing files for print and digital distribution.

• Proficient in business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• At least 2 years of graphic design experience is preferred.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
