Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating social media graphics and various digital marketing materials for clients.

• Assist in designing websites and landing pages by creating banners, selecting and editing images, choosing icons, and producing additional visual content.

• Ensure designs are consistent with established client brand identities.

• Contribute to internal marketing and creative initiatives.

• Help in the development of new brand identities and related visual assets as necessary.

• Convert creative briefs and business goals into thoughtful, effective designs.

• Collaborate with the team to comprehend project objectives, client expectations, and the overall marketing strategy.

• Oversee multiple design projects while upholding quality, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Preferably experienced in a marketing agency, digital marketing, or client-facing setting.

• Demonstrated experience in creating social media graphics, digital marketing materials, website/landing page assets, and branded content.

• Strong preference for experience managing multiple clients or brands at once.

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Equivalent professional experience and a robust portfolio may substitute for formal education.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles.

• Experience working with brand identities and ensuring visual consistency across different platforms and formats.

• Ability to grasp project objectives and create designs that align with broader brand and marketing strategies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality creative work.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Motion design experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Figma is preferred.

• Professional experience in PowerPoint/presentation design is advantageous.
