Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create a diverse range of innovative, high-quality graphic design outputs for the marketing, communication, engagement, and fundraising initiatives of the UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association.

• Develop marketing and promotional assets for various programs and entities associated with the UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association.

• Turn concepts into both draft and final layouts utilizing design and layout proficiency.

• Manage electronic archives, print copy archives, and files containing printing specifications.

• Become well-versed in university and UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association branding standards and provide guidance to others.

• Collaborate with a team dedicated to acquiring and managing philanthropic resources for UW-Stout Polytechnic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proven experience in guiding a project from initial concept through to production.

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Software.

• Ability to articulate concepts to clients in a professional and comprehensible manner.

• Official transcripts will be required upon hire.

• Must be eligible for employment in the United States prior to the effective appointment date and maintain work authorization throughout the term of employment.

• A criminal background check and clearance from the Human Resources Office are necessary.

• Successful completion of reference checks is required.

• Passing an essential job function test may be applicable.

• Three professional references are needed, including at least one previous manager or supervisor.
