Graphic Design Mentor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Share your professional knowledge and practical experiences with students.

• Prepare and conduct engaging in-person and online workshops based on a structured curriculum that connects theory, practical demonstrations, and interactive exercises.

• Support, motivate, and guide students throughout their entire educational journey.

• Create an inspiring, open, and supportive environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and sharing of experiences.

• Continuously monitor new trends in modern work environments and incorporate current insights, technologies, and best practices into teaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic, visual, brand, or digital design.

• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, particularly typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with platforms like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design tools.

• Practical experience in creating digital visuals for websites, social media, presentations, or marketing campaigns.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in producing visual content for digital environments.

• Experience in leading workshops, training, mentoring, or coaching adult learners is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills in the Czech language (C2).

• Ability to explain design principles clearly and provide constructive feedback in a way that fosters creativity and professional growth in students.

• Passion for design, creativity, continuous learning, and a motivation to help others develop skills in visual communication.
