This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop connectors and automated validations within Big Data to verify report details (payment, amount, channel, status, dates).
• Design and execute a comprehensive 360° Timeline by merging transactional events with customer interactions.
• Consolidate various internal sources to create a cohesive view of the customer journey, ensuring end-to-end traceability.
• Streamline the recurring process "new case → dossier → checks → timeline → cause → recommendation."
• Create dashboards and metrics to facilitate decision-making for enhancements in processes, systems, and communications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Degree fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience in constructing pipelines and formulating queries within Big Data settings.
• Proficient in event-driven data modeling (timeline, temporal ordering, joins across diverse sources).
• Knowledge of integrating multiple internal data sources.
• Familiar with version control using Git and documentation for pipelines.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark, Hive, or similar corporate Big Data platforms.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or comparable) for executive dashboards.
• Understanding of pipeline orchestration (Airflow or similar tools).
• Prior experience in the financial/banking industry or in customer service/journey operations.
• Basic understanding of NLP/LLMs for integration with the "Mestre" front.
• Awareness of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the management of sensitive data.
• Stipend: BRL 7,000.00.
• Availability: 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 12 months.
